‘Ragged Robin’ gets banana sundae PKO
Despite stiff competition, Brazilian “RaggedRobin” successfully defended his title in the $1,050 Sunday Banana PKO event. On Sunday the 10th, he defeated 266 opponents in a straight line, adding $54,501 to his bankroll.
“MrJOAO1972” also won one of ACR’s major tournaments. He beat a field of 860 players to win $34,506 in the $215 Sunday special.
Later, “nit_is_right” was eliminated heads-up in the $630 PKO High Roller. In total, he won $12,777.
João “sydens” Sydens from Rio de Janeiro is the $88 No Limit Hold’em Champion. The Samba grinders took home $11,257 after leaving 680 opponents behind.
In the $33 BIG10 competition, “soFold” took home a silver medal and $9,652 in prize money.
